  • Why do you work with corporate debt?
The corporate debt market has entered the phase of active development. In case of a package buyout, the purchase amount may be 0.5% of the nominal value. I.e. for 1 mln. the rights of claim for 200 mln. are bought. Entrepreneurs have a need to get money here and now in order to write off losses, reducing the taxable base, return at least part of the frozen sums to the turnover and continue building up their business. Business needs to work. Recovery requires additional financial and time expenditures, as well as special expertise. We have been working in the debt market for more than 15 years, we have accompanied bankruptcies of banks, large construction organizations and factories. This experience and knowledge allow us to qualitatively assess the rights of claim even before the purchase and build an effective collection strategy.
  • Theory is good, tell me the facts.
    The most profitable case.
In 2019, bought out for 1000 rubles the right of claim for the sum of 6 million rubles.
In 2023 received from the collection of 800 thousand. Costs amounted to 30 thousand rubles.
For 4 years made X 800 of the purchase amount, 1650% per month, 20000% per annum. Foreclosure continues.
    (upd)
In 2024 sold this right of claim for 3.5 million rubles. Costs totaled 350k and were paid extra by the buyer. Over 5 years made X 4300 of the purchase amount, 7165% per month, 85980% APR. Foreclosure is over.

Fastest case study. Already with investor funds involved.
21.09.2023 bought out the right of claim in the amount of 83.7 million for 227 thousand rubles.
10.10.2023 received from the recovery of 2.6 million rubles.
In 20 days made X 11 of the purchase amount. Foreclosure continues.
  • Why are you attracting investment rather than working on your own with your capital.
Currently, the corporate debt market is in the stage of active growth with low competition, and it is now that we want to take a leading position in this market and create a portfolio of claim rights that will consistently provide high returns. This requires large capital.

Also, a large working capital allows us to reduce the risks of each investor many times and increase profitability through diversification - buying out a large number of claim rights to different companies in different industries. To understand what diversification is, it is enough to remember the simplest rule: don't put all your eggs in one basket. Even if there is a decrease in profitability in one industry and the recovery will be delayed, another industry will show growth and compensate for this decrease.

In addition, the larger the portfolio of claims acquired from large creditors (banks, federal and international companies), the greater the discount to par, and therefore the higher the yield from recovery.
  • How is my income calculated?
At the end of each quarter, the company's performance profit is calculated (considered as the difference between collection income and expenses) and the amount to be distributed to investors is calculated. For 2024, investors received a payout of 109% per annum on their invested funds. Considering that the foreclosure process has just started, this is an excellent result.
  • How is the income paid out?
If you have made an investment on a payment invoice - by transfer to a current account, the payment of income will be made to your details. If you invested in cryptocurrency, the income will be paid to the wallet from which the investment was received.
  • What about taxation?
Legal entities and Individual entrepreneurs independently calculate and pay tax in accordance with their taxation system. If the investor is an individual, we are a tax agent and calculate and pay personal income tax independently.
When investing in cryptocurrency, if we have not carried out identification, the investor shall calculate and pay tax independently.
  • What risks do I have?
Risk and return are interrelated and directly proportional. In our case, all the investor's risks lie only in the amount of the investment contribution. You cannot go into a deficit, the funds are contributed under the investment agreement for target financing - redemption of debts (rights of claim). Moreover, you do not receive a specific debt, but a share of the income of the entire portfolio. In addition, the investor is not a founder and does not bear corporate risks and risks of bringing to subsidiary liability.
  • What about confidentiality?
The investor is not entered into public registers, information about his/her relationship with the company is only stored internally. Access to contract terms, amounts and personal data is secure and is only available to a few employees directly involved in the process of recording payments and credits.
  • What if I want to get out and get my investment back?
You can transfer or sell your rights of claim under an investment agreement. The first step is to offer them to the company, which will buy your rights of claim if funds are available. We can also offer to buy out your rights to a new investor, or you can find a buyer yourself and coordinate the transaction with the company.
